We value parents as their child’s first educators and believe that collaboration is key to supporting each child’s development. By working together, we ensure children thrive in their learning journey.

We foster strong parent partnerships through:

Daily Updates: "All About Me" books for new starters and daily diary sheets to keep parents informed about their child's day.
Regular Communication: Fortnightly Preschool newsletters, stay-and-play sessions, parents' evenings, and transition forms.
Class Dojo: We use Class Dojo to share real-time updates, photos, and messages, keeping parents connected to their child's progress and activities.
Ongoing Feedback: Comprehensive updates at the end of each session, with the option for parents to call during the day for additional updates.

Our goal is to ensure parents feel welcome, informed, and fully engaged in their child’s early years of education.

Banks Bee

Banks Bee is a whole-school reward initiative encouraging children to: Bee Committed; Bee Involved; Bee Loyal; Bee Bold and BE THE BEST THEY CAN BEE!

We are proud to be a school which values community and involvement. Banks Bee is here to keep the Greenbank Family together!

As our children progress through the school, they will be rewarded for their participation and endeavour through Banks Bee’s reward scheme – comprising of bronze, silver, gold and even platinum awards.
