Lunch Menu

Here at Greenbank we offer a wide range of healthy meals made from fresh produce. Each day we offer a hot meal with a vegetarian option, jacket potatoes with a selection of fillings, soup, a selection of sandwiches or wraps and a self serve salad bar.
We have a three week menu which provides your child with 20 different hot meals over the three weeks which include foods from around the world. All our meals and accompaniments are prepared and cooked fresh each day.
In addition to the main meals the children can self serve at our salad bar giving them the opportunity to create their own accompaniments to their jacket potatoes or any of our main meals. The salad bar offers basic salad ingredients i.e. tomatoes, cucumber etc as well as providing children with the opportunity to try new foods such as avocado, three bean salad and mange tout.
At the salad bar the children can also enjoy a wide selection of fresh fruit including apples, banana, melon and kiwi fruit.

Suppliers
Our fresh fruit and vegetables are ordered and delivered twice weekly from a supplier in Knutsford, Cheshire and form the basis to all our meals.
We order wholemeal and white baps from a local bakery in Cheadle Hulme which are delivered daily direct to the kitchen.
We use a highly regarded catering supplier to purchase our quality meat, frozen produce and basic ingredients.
